Material Planning Specialist

- Adhere to RC and governmental rules and regulations.

- Reviews stock levels and replenishment details by verifying the Average Monthly Usage (AMU), stock on hand (system/physical) and product expiry dates to ensure that re-ordering process is carried out effectively and efficientl.

- Reviews Safety Stock Report and out of Stock Report regularly to ensure that all activities on the listed items are timely monitored and actions are appropriately taken. Share information with Su  reviser/Mana or for critical stocks.

- Reviews the Excess Stock/Non-Moving Items/RCHSP Short Expiry Report on a regular basis, takes the necessary action and share the information with the Inventor Controller for a or riate action.

- Reviews the Consumption Item Report for items/classes under his/her responsibility and amend the forecasting information as r aired, to meet the trend r uirernent.

- English proficiency (written and verbal) .

- Knowledge of Inventory Planning .

- Supply Chain Knowledge .

- Communication Skills .

- Computer Skills .
