Develop, test, and supervise electrical and electronics equipment, components, systems and insure the improvement of the overall performance of equipment’s, systems & staff.

1. Follow RCMC policy and procedure
2. Attends annual review and performs departmental in-services.
3. Prepare reports
4. Follow dress code
5. Adhere to the chain of command
6. Perform other duties related to the work as assigned by the Manager /supervisor as needed.
7. Works at maintaining a good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with Vendors, Physicians and Staff.
8. Maintains regulatory requirements, including all national and JCI regulations.
9. Wears identification while on duty
10. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures regarding department operations, fire, safety and infection control.
11. Communicates the mission, ethics and goals of the hospital
12. Excellent attendance record.
13. Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner in the community.
14. Maintains organizational confidentiality at all times.
15. Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices

16. Resolves personnel concerns at the departmental level, utilizing the grievance process as required.
17. Completes annual education requirement .
18. It is the duty of every employee to report any negative or abnormal or unexpected event/incident as soon as possible after its occurrence by filling the appropriate Occurrence Variance Report (OVR) form and submitting it to the Quality Improvement Department (QID) after being reviewed by the supervisor and/or head of department.

4. Inspecting Equipment, Structures, Electronic systems or Material -- Inspecting equipment, structures, Electronic systems or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
5. Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge -- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
6. Thinking Creatively -- Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, including artistic contributions.
7. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical & electronic systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
8. Carrying out feasibility studies for new technical innovations.
9. Making sure projects meet electrical and construction safety regulations .
10. Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate program of assigned engineering work and projects
11. Ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination and effective communication on projects.
12. Review the preventive maintenance procedures for electrical & electronic systems periodically for enhancement and development
13. Monitor defined KPI’s and do whatever needed to meet RCYMC target
14. Maintain historical data for all equipment updated

1. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, assigning and directing work, counseling, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining personnel.
2. Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities and accountability of all support services departments heads are defined and understood.
3. Recommend space, equipment, number and qualifications of staff and other special resources needed to provide services.
4. Have a process to respond to resource shortages.
5. Ensure and monitor the process of recruitment of the professional candidates and plan for staff retention.
6. Ensure staff personal development and continuing education as appropriate.
7. Establish an orientation program for support services staff.
8. Keeps the executives well informed of Department activities and receives guidance from them in the accomplishment of his duties.
9. Ensures compliance with applicable standards, law and regulation.
10. Motivates and manages subordinates staff to ensure that performance standards are met or exceeded.
11. Works with staff to measure, assess and improve productivity and services and evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the executive managing director.
12. Acts as a role model in demonstrating the customer service standards of the organization.
13. To lead, train, guide and support members of the department
14. Identifies and participates in short and long term goal development with the Administrator.
15. Develops and implements staffing plan which promotes quality patient care and cost effectiveness.

16. Encourages staff input and is receptive to suggestions of staff members.
17. Encourages participation in developing facility objectives, formulating operating policies and procedures and developing job descriptions.
18. Provides feedback to employees. Acknowledges positive performance.
19. Encourages a positive team attitude within the entire organization

المهارات

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university, including power courses.

Experience:

  • Master no experience required
  • bachelor degree minimum of 4 Yrs.

تأسست الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع بموجب مرسوم ملكي أصدره جلالة الملك خالد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ـ يرحمه الله - في 16 رمضان عام 1395هـ الموافق 21 سبتمبر عام 1975م. وجاء في المرسوم الملكي: (تشكل هيئة ملكية لتنفيذ خطة التجهيزات الأساسية اللازمة لإعداد منطقتي الجبيل وينبع كمنطقتين صناعيتين ويكون لهذه الهيئة شخصية معنوية مستقلة). كما خصصت للهيئة الملكية ميزانية مستقلة لتنفيذ أعمالها. The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu was established as per a Royal Decree issued by HM King Khalid - May Allah have mercy upon him - in 21 September 1975 (16 Ramadan 1395H). The Royal Decree read “A Royal Commission shall be formed to execute the necessary infrastructure plan for the preparation of Jubail and Yanbu Cities as industrial areas. The Commission shall have an independent legal personality”. An independent budget was dedicated for the Royal Commission.
