الشروط العامة :

1-سعودي الجنسية.

2-أن لا يقل تقدير المؤهل العلمي عن ( جيد ).

3- استيفاء شرط الخبرة العملية.

4- أن تكون الخبرة العملية بعد المؤهل المطلوب.

5-معادلة الشهادة للحاصلين على المؤهل العلمي من خارج السعودية.

6-حاصل على تصنيف الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.

- Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations that the essential functions of the job can be performed

- Demonstrate ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

- Demonstrate motivation and an innovative approach to job

- Considerable knowledge of the techniques and methods used in applying casts and splints.

- Considerable knowledge of human anatomy and skeletal structure.

- Skill in the application of casting materials and splints.

- Knowledgeable about orthopedic disease process and their effect on the musculoskeletal system.

- Ability to recognize secondary medical problems as decubitus ulcers, wound infection, chaffing, etc.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with orthopedic doctors and their patients.

- Good general knowledge of cardiology.

- Ability to utilize research in clinical practice, applying an evidence based practice approach

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Proactive approach to quality control and service improvements

- Fluent in English.

- Physically Fit .

- All posts in RCMC require a high level of flexibility to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service. Therefore the post holder will be required to demonstrate flexibility as and when required by their manager of hospital management
