Operational Audit Specialist

Job purpose Responsible for preparing and executing all phases of operational process audits, ensuring the proper identification of required resources and reference materials.   Key responsibilities Develop audit procedures, processes, and policies, and prepare the required templates for the Royal Commission to ensure standardized practices. Participate in identifying the sectors and departments to be reviewed, prepare audit schedules, and obtain approval from the section head. Execute internal audit activities according to the approved audit plans and conduct reviews when necessary. Prepare checklists, collect and compare data, and develop detailed reports including observations and submit them to the section head for approval. Coordinate with section heads and department directors to ensure the accuracy of information required for internal audits. Review changes in policies, regulations, and operational processes, and provide recommendations regarding potential risks and gaps. Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the section head
