Purpose of Job
To serve as a principal policy advisor to the Board of Directors, performing highly responsible managerial and supervisory work in planning, organizing and directing the operations of the RCHSP.
Job-Specific Administrative Tasks
1. Directs development, coordination and implementation of department policies and procedures relating to Finance, Human Resources and Materials Management.
2. Administers and manages all financial and budget operations and assist in departmental planning and leadership.
3. Provides budgets and appropriation submissions and other management and financial reports to the Executive Managing Director.
4. Assists the program Directors in the operations and management and development of departmental goals and objectives.
5. Review financial statements and performs financial statement analysis, applying forecasting techniques to monitor and project future financial performance.
6. administrative divisions and coordinates development and monitoring of goals and objectives for the department.
7. Assesses Finance, Human Resources and Materials Management practices, future plan strengths and weaknesses, recommending organizational changes as necessary.
8. Directs daily financial operations including revenue collections, purchasing, counts payable, patient and contract accounts receivable and financial analysis reports.
9. Supervise departmental administrative personnel.
10. Oversees billing and collection for patient care activities.

مستشفى الهيئة الملكية بينبع Royal Commission Medical Center Yanbu
تأسست الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع بموجب مرسوم ملكي أصدره جلالة الملك خالد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ـ يرحمه الله - في 16 رمضان عام 1395هـ الموافق 21 سبتمبر عام 1975م. وجاء في المرسوم الملكي: (تشكل هيئة ملكية لتنفيذ خطة التجهيزات الأساسية اللازمة لإعداد منطقتي الجبيل وينبع كمنطقتين صناعيتين ويكون لهذه الهيئة شخصية معنوية مستقلة). كما خصصت للهيئة الملكية ميزانية مستقلة لتنفيذ أعمالها. The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu was established as per a Royal Decree issued by HM King Khalid - May Allah have mercy upon him - in 21 September 1975 (16 Ramadan 1395H). The Royal Decree read “A Royal Commission shall be formed to execute the necessary infrastructure plan for the preparation of Jubail and Yanbu Cities as industrial areas. The Commission shall have an independent legal personality”. An independent budget was dedicated for the Royal Commission.
