An insurance physician evaluates medical insurance transactions for
necessity and coverage, aids in policy development, and ensures
compliance with medical standards.

 Education:

  Bachelor Degree in Medicine & Surgery (MBBS)

Experience: 2 Years Preferred in RCM / Insurance activities

1- Saudi Nationality

2- With a grade of (Good) and above

3- General Requirements (Knowledge and Skills)

• Preference: Understanding of coding mythologies such as ICD-10,
ACHI, and DRG.
• Preference: Well experienced with hospital information systems and
personal computer software programs.
• Preference: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Preference: Professional in generating reports.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong problem solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results,
provide and accept feedback.
• Ability to accept multitask.
• Receiving patients, caring for them, and solving their problems.
• Handle medical claims rejections.
