1-سعودي الجنسية.
2-أن لا يقل تقدير المؤهل العلمي عن ( جيد ).
3-معادلة الشهادة للحاصلين على المؤهل العلمي من خارج السعودية.
4-حاصل على تصنيف الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
Skills
- Expert knowledge of both general and specialist nursing practice and must also have an understanding not only of the functioning of clinical areas but also operational areas and services – Essential
- Must be initiative, cooperative, innovative and leadership abilities as well as integrity.
- Must be able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary group, abilityto adapt and modify new ideas and systems to the unusual circumstances and conditions within the organization. Must be self-motivated to join the dynamic team and have initiative.
- A sound knowledge of pertinent policies, procedures and practices.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all grades of staff, negotiate and effect change, and influence people.

Government Yanbu, Saudi Arabia http://www.rcymc.med.saتأسست الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع بموجب مرسوم ملكي أصدره جلالة الملك خالد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ـ يرحمه الله - في 16 رمضان عام 1395هـ الموافق 21 سبتمبر عام 1975م. وجاء في المرسوم الملكي: (تشكل هيئة ملكية لتنفيذ خطة التجهيزات الأساسية اللازمة لإعداد منطقتي الجبيل وينبع كمنطقتين صناعيتين ويكون لهذه الهيئة شخصية معنوية مستقلة). كما خصصت للهيئة الملكية ميزانية مستقلة لتنفيذ أعمالها. The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu was established as per a Royal Decree issued by HM King Khalid - May Allah have mercy upon him - in 21 September 1975 (16 Ramadan 1395H). The Royal Decree read “A Royal Commission shall be formed to execute the necessary infrastructure plan for the preparation of Jubail and Yanbu Cities as industrial areas. The Commission shall have an independent legal personality”. An independent budget was dedicated for the Royal Commission.
