Job Description
Job Purpose:
Coordinating with academic sections to develop special programs and monitor their implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify the training needs of target groups for special programs and develop an annual work plan for the planned programs.
- Implement special programs and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure proper execution.
- Contribute to attracting and encouraging qualified personnel from inside and outside the industrial college to participate in delivering the special training programs.
- Provide recommendations on pricing for training programs, ensuring alignment with implementation costs and the needs of the target groups.
- Create positive communication channels with beneficiaries of the special programs within and outside the industrial college community.
- Comply with organizational policies and contribute to their implementation, adhere to quality systems and continuous improvement standards, work on creating a supportive environment, and submit periodic reports on progress and recommendations for development and performance enhancement.
- Participate in committees and activities at the industrial college and division as required and when needed.
- Commit to and contribute to strengthening all approved quality management and assurance mechanisms.
- Engage in continuous professional development related to job duties, responsibilities, and organizational needs to ensure continuous improvement in job performance.
- Perform additional job-related tasks when delegated or directed.
Skills
- Professional certification in the field is preferred.
- Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.

الهيئة الملكية بينبع Royal Commission at Yanbu
تأسست الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع بموجب مرسوم ملكي أصدره جلالة الملك خالد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ـ يرحمه الله - في 16 رمضان عام 1395هـ الموافق 21 سبتمبر عام 1975م. وجاء في المرسوم الملكي: (تشكل هيئة ملكية لتنفيذ خطة التجهيزات الأساسية اللازمة لإعداد منطقتي الجبيل وينبع كمنطقتين صناعيتين ويكون لهذه الهيئة شخصية معنوية مستقلة). كما خصصت للهيئة الملكية ميزانية مستقلة لتنفيذ أعمالها. The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu was established as per a Royal Decree issued by HM King Khalid - May Allah have mercy upon him - in 21 September 1975 (16 Ramadan 1395H). The Royal Decree read “A Royal Commission shall be formed to execute the necessary infrastructure plan for the preparation of Jubail and Yanbu Cities as industrial areas. The Commission shall have an independent legal personality”. An independent budget was dedicated for the Royal Commission.
