Special Programs Specialist

Job Purpose:

Coordinating with academic sections to develop special programs and monitor their implementation.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify the training needs of target groups for special programs and develop an annual work plan for the planned programs.
• Implement special programs and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure proper execution.
• Contribute to attracting and encouraging qualified personnel from inside and outside the industrial college to participate in delivering the special training programs.
• Provide recommendations on pricing for training programs, ensuring alignment with implementation costs and the needs of the target groups.
• Create positive communication channels with beneficiaries of the special programs within and outside the industrial college community.
• Comply with organizational policies and contribute to their implementation, adhere to quality systems and continuous improvement standards, work on creating a supportive environment, and submit periodic reports on progress and recommendations for development and performance enhancement.
• Participate in committees and activities at the industrial college and division as required and when needed.
• Commit to and contribute to strengthening all approved quality management and assurance mechanisms.
• Engage in continuous professional development related to job duties, responsibilities, and organizational needs to ensure continuous improvement in job performance.
• Perform additional job-related tasks when delegated or directed.

• Professional certification in the field is preferred.
• Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.
