Job Description
*Job purpose:
Supporting the activities related to purchase orders at the Royal Commission.
*Key responsibilities:
Receiving purchase requests from the department head and organizing them according to priority and procurement location.
Strictly adhering to the Government Procurement and Tenders Law and its executive regulations.
Reviewing tender documents and ensuring completeness of attachments and approvals before posting.
Publishing tenders on the Etimad platform.
Receiving inquiries and directing them to the relevant departments.
Preparing questions and answers and uploading them to the Etimad platform.
Preparing and finalizing contracts/purchase orders.
Coordinating contract signing and endorsement by suppliers and the relevant departments.
Developing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Supervising the completion of regulatory requirements after contract award.
Electronically archiving all purchase request documents until closure.
Performing additional job-related tasks when delegated or assigned.
Skills
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in dealing with suppliers and vendors providing various required products and services.
Knowledge of government procurement and contract laws and regulations.
Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.

الهيئة الملكية بالرياض Royal Commission at Riyadh
تأسست الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع بموجب مرسوم ملكي أصدره جلالة الملك خالد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ـ يرحمه الله - في 16 رمضان عام 1395هـ الموافق 21 سبتمبر عام 1975م. وجاء في المرسوم الملكي: (تشكل هيئة ملكية لتنفيذ خطة التجهيزات الأساسية اللازمة لإعداد منطقتي الجبيل وينبع كمنطقتين صناعيتين ويكون لهذه الهيئة شخصية معنوية مستقلة). كما خصصت للهيئة الملكية ميزانية مستقلة لتنفيذ أعمالها. The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu was established as per a Royal Decree issued by HM King Khalid - May Allah have mercy upon him - in 21 September 1975 (16 Ramadan 1395H). The Royal Decree read “A Royal Commission shall be formed to execute the necessary infrastructure plan for the preparation of Jubail and Yanbu Cities as industrial areas. The Commission shall have an independent legal personality”. An independent budget was dedicated for the Royal Commission
