Medical Secretary

 Represents the administrators to the public by handling and screening incoming telephone calls; recording and transmitting messages; receiving and announcing scheduled visitors; screening unscheduled visitors.

- Enhances the hospital's customer service reputation by assisting patients, visitors, and physicians to resolve expressed concerns.

- Attend meetings to record minutes as per the demand of the section head or Director.

- Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

ESSENTIAL:

Diploma in Medical Secretary  ( The applicant must have the classification from  Saudi Commission for Health Specialists as a medical secretary )

WORK EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing Secretarial duties, in a large organization or hospital/Healthcare institution.
