Job Description
Job Purpose:
Coordinating with relevant departments to provide the required services related to industrial contracts and agreements.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with investors involved in developing industrial facilities within the city to identify required services.
- Ensure the quality of services provided and deliver the required services within specified timeframes.
- Monitor the implementation of contracts in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Collect information from investors regarding project implementation phases, timelines, estimated completion dates, and encountered challenges, and present this information to supervisors.
Skills
- Knowledge and experience in providing services to investors.
- Experience in contracts and agreements.
- Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.

الهيئة الملكية بالجبيل Royal Commission at Jubail
تأسست الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع بموجب مرسوم ملكي أصدره جلالة الملك خالد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ـ يرحمه الله - في 16 رمضان عام 1395هـ الموافق 21 سبتمبر عام 1975م. وجاء في المرسوم الملكي: (تشكل هيئة ملكية لتنفيذ خطة التجهيزات الأساسية اللازمة لإعداد منطقتي الجبيل وينبع كمنطقتين صناعيتين ويكون لهذه الهيئة شخصية معنوية مستقلة). كما خصصت للهيئة الملكية ميزانية مستقلة لتنفيذ أعمالها. The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu was established as per a Royal Decree issued by HM King Khalid - May Allah have mercy upon him - in 21 September 1975 (16 Ramadan 1395H). The Royal Decree read “A Royal Commission shall be formed to execute the necessary infrastructure plan for the preparation of Jubail and Yanbu Cities as industrial areas. The Commission shall have an independent legal personality”. An independent budget was dedicated for the Royal Commission
