Job purpose
Utilize data collected from cybersecurity defense tools to analyze incidents occurring within the Royal Commission in Jubail and Yanbu, in order to detect threats and respond accordingly.
Key responsibilities
Analyze and correlate network data to identify vulnerabilities. Use cybersecurity products and techniques to minimize identified risks at acceptable levels. Validate and verify security to ensure they function effectively and continuously. Correlate information from multiple sources to enforce security controls and assess the effectiveness of deployed measures. Analyze testing results and recommend necessary updates and patches. Monitor abnormal system behavior, identify usage patterns, and generate timely alerts for unusual activities. Utilize cybersecurity defense tools to monitor and analyze system activities, aiming to identify harmful actions and potential threats. Analyze tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of malicious actors and detect threats across multiple data sources. Support incident investigations through research, analysis, and linking across various data points. Isolate compromised systems and devices. Monitor network traffic to detect unusual activities, identify suspicious data transfers, and report potential threats. Provide essential security tools and technologies to ensure effective cybersecurity operations. Detect vulnerabilities and gaps in security systems and recommend mitigation measures.
Skills

Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory compliance.

تأسست الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع بموجب مرسوم ملكي أصدره جلالة الملك خالد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ـ يرحمه الله - في 16 رمضان عام 1395هـ الموافق 21 سبتمبر عام 1975م. وجاء في المرسوم الملكي: (تشكل هيئة ملكية لتنفيذ خطة التجهيزات الأساسية اللازمة لإعداد منطقتي الجبيل وينبع كمنطقتين صناعيتين ويكون لهذه الهيئة شخصية معنوية مستقلة). كما خصصت للهيئة الملكية ميزانية مستقلة لتنفيذ أعمالها. The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu was established as per a Royal Decree issued by HM King Khalid - May Allah have mercy upon him - in 21 September 1975 (16 Ramadan 1395H). The Royal Decree read “A Royal Commission shall be formed to execute the necessary infrastructure plan for the preparation of Jubail and Yanbu Cities as industrial areas. The Commission shall have an independent legal personality”. An independent budget was dedicated for the Royal Commission
