General:

1. Saudi Nationality

2. With a grade of (Good) and above 

3. University certificates equalization (if certificate from non-Saudi institution)

Job Specific Tasks:

1. Develops maintains and submits records and reports to the Education Officer.
2. Provides input in the development of the annual education calendar.
3. Serves on nursing departmental and interdepartmental committees as assigned.
4. Counsels participants experiencing difficulties in the classroom or clinical setting and makes referral as appropriate to Education Officer.
5. Provide mentorship for nursing staff.
6. Communicates with all educators at regular times to discuss their finding of the relevancy of the courses and accept changes and suggestion.
7. Collaborate in the procurement of professional references and other relevant material necessary for nursing education
8. Maintains instructional and reference materials pertinent to the needs of nursing service personnel.
9. Attends conferences, workshops and seminars to maintain current knowledge and promote professional and personal growth.
10. Conducts meeting, conferences and discussions with nursing staff to encourage participation in nursing education.

Education:

1. Bachelors of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.)
2. Qualification in Nursing Education will be a recommendation.

Experience:

Minimum of Five (5) years of Nursing practice, the last two of which are education related in a similar size hospital with clinical teaching experience.

Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations that the essential functions of the job can be performed
• Fluent in English, Arabic speaking is preferred.
• Computer literate
• Presentation skills .
