- General:

1. Saudi Nationality

2. With a grade of (Good) and above 

3. University certificates equalization (if certificate from non-Saudi institution) 

Job Specific Tasks:

1. Developing and implementing the Quality department’s strategy, to ensure it meets the Vision, mission and values.
2. Implementing and monitoring all JCI and CBAHI stander.
3. Acting as the main point of contact on all Quality matters, internally and externally.
4. Maintaining and improving departmental operational performance.
5. Preparing, reviewing and approving Quality Agreement.
6. Ensuring appropriate investigation of errors, complaints, failures or adverse events requiring documented review and action
7. Ensuring that the Quality department meets the targets (KPIs).
8. Lead and manage the quality function
9. Establish quality and reliability standards by studying industry benchmarks
10. Implement new quality processes and systems where appropriate
11. Develop the Quality Management System, updating procedures and train team members where required

12. Report on Quality activities on a regular basis to the Director, Quality Management and Planning.

Education:

1. Bachelor / Master degree in Medicine and Surgery , Pharmacy or Applied Medical Science.
2. Certificate in Quality Management.

Experience:

1. If Bachelor degree Minimum of 7 Yrs. Experience
2. If Master Degree Minimum of 4 Yrs. Experience
